Roll Call and Pledge
Fair Board: Seth B., Dylan, Matt R., Taylor S., Peggy, Brenda M., Vickie I., Jen D., Tim D. (Zoom)
Office: Shane R. and Sherie S.
Guest: Amy Decker (zoom), Jacie Fisher (Zoom), Ashley Pratt, Justin Barr

Old Business: Letters
o
Sherie will write and put it on the Friday Information email and Fair Board email. Sherie wanted to talk to the Fair Board and get guidance before she proceeded. This could be a joint email from the Pueblo County Fair Board and CSU Extension Office.
o
Jen D. made a motion to draft a letter/ statement from the Pueblo County Fair Board and the CSU Extension Office to the Pratt and Fisher families.

Discussion:
o
Ashley Pratt: other kids hear their parents talk about her kids. She stated that her kids are still getting picked on.
o
Ashley Pratt: also stated that Cash goes to National shows and never gets any recognition from the CSU office
o
Justin Barr: Stated that the Fair Board should ask the families what they would like.
o
Ashley Pratt: We would like our names cleared. We followed the rules
o
Ashley: we would confused by the letters. They said that the kids could show but not sale.
o
Jacie Fisher: It was never made public why the other Fair Board members left. She had her rumors that they left because the Pratt and Fisher families were not punished.
o
Sherie stated that the Fair Board members resigned during the Executive Session. That part of the meeting is not part of the open meeting. All that could be released is that they did in fact resign.
o
After discussion, motion to write a joint letter passed.

Matt R. made motion the motion to vote on a statement. Peggy 2nd the motion. Motion passed.
o
The Statement is as follows: “We as the Pueblo County Fair Board, after all of the information and investigation Pratt and Fisher families there was no wrong doing. We would like to
apologize to the Pratt and Fisher families for any pain or
suffering that this has caused to their families. Sincerely, The Pueblo County Fair Board.
