Hello 4-H Volunteers and Pueblo County Fair Supporters!
We are pleased to share that the application for the 2024-2025 Pueblo County 4-H/Pueblo County Fair Superintendents is now open and the application is here: 2024-2025 Superintendent Application.
This opportunity is open to both current and prospective 4-H and Pueblo County Fair Superintendents who intend to serve in a 4-H project area or a Pueblo County Fair role for the 2024-2025 4-H year. All approved 4-H Superintendents will also serve as the 2025 Pueblo County Fair Superintendents in their respective project areas. All interested superintendents are required to apply each year, with final approval being determined by a selection committee. Please review the following details on the application and selection process.
Application Process:
Please submit your typed or hand-written application either in person to the Pueblo County Extension office (701 Court Street, Suite C), or via email, to Lexi Deary, at: dearya@pueblocounty.us by the application deadline: Friday, October 25th, 2024, by 5:00 PM.
Selection Process Timeline:
October 4: Applications open and are posted to CSU Extension and Fair Board Websites.
October 4 – October 25: Open application period.
October 28 – November 1: Selection Committee reviews applications.
November 8: All candidates notified of the Selection Committee’s decision.
January 1: Superintendents assume their roles.
